The Huntress
Belgian Witbier 4.5%
Crafted with orange peel and traditional spices, the huntress is our take on a Belgian wit. A heavy hand of wheat gives a soft doughy mouthfeel, punctuated by bright citrus and subtle peppercorn from the yeast. Chamomile, coriander, and grains of paradise add to the subtle yet complex character.
SPLICE THE MAINBRACE
Hazy IPA 5.5%
All hands on deck for this juicy, tropical escape! Splice the Mainbrace is a sessionable Hazy IPA brewed with Motueka, Amarillo, and Citra hops. This hop bill comes together with notes of lime zest, bright citrus, and tropical fruit character. Smooth on the palate with a pillowy body, it’s a well-balanced brew fit for the galley or the shore. A subtle nod to the seafaring tradition, this IPA raises a quiet toast to fair winds and steady sails.

THE BONNY
American Wheat Ale with Blood Orange 5.0%

Crafted with a sturdy wheat backbone, and kissed with vibrant blood orange - this American wheat carries notes of juicy citrus and subtle floral zest with a crisp and refreshing finish; pouring hazy gold with a blush of rebellion. A big stout made for the tropics. Notes of light-roasted coffee and chocolate meld together seamlessly, while special malts contribute a touch of molasses, dark fruit, and spiced rum. O'malley
Scottish Light / Light Scotch Ale 3.2%
With rich flavors of bread and toffee and a low abv, the elusive Scottish light isn’t often found outside Scotland. Caramel and strong notes of bran pair well with punches of raisin and date, while the light body lends itself to a clean finish. Decadent flavors, a light body, and a rare style make our Scottish Light fit for the Pirate Queen, O’Malley, herself.

German Pilsner 5.1%
Stortebeker means “to empty the mug in one gulp.” Coincidentally, infamous German pirate Klaus Stortebeker was known for his ability to do exactly this. Refreshing and approachable, our German pilsner stays true to its namesake. A crisp, cracker-like malt profile provides a clean canvas for the soft grassy, and delicate floral noble hops. A kiss of honey on the finish will leave you wanting more.

JOHN KINGS
ROOT BEER
Pirate City Brewing named their homemade root beer after John King, an 18th-century pirate who is known as the youngest pirate in history. John King was just a boy when he joined the notorious pirate Samuel "Black Sam" Bellamy's crew, abandoning his mother and a life of safety for the dangerous but adventurous pirate life. Pirate City Brewing found inspiration in King's bold spirit, choosing to honor his youthful defiance and passion for adventure through their root beer, a nod to the rebellious energy he embodied. This connection not only aligns with the pirate-themed identity of the brewery but also pays homage to a unique historical figure often overlooked in pirate lore. King’s story adds a touch of history and intrigue to the brew, enriching its appeal to customers seeking both flavor and a tale.
